Start with the THINK Diagnostic. It maps where your organizational intelligence actually lives, identifies the adoption gap between your mandate and your current capacity, and produces a Playbook architecture you can execute against. For institutional organizations, the Pro Diagnostic ($10K–$60K) is the entry point. For smaller engagements, the Lite Diagnostic ($2,500) is available to THINK School members.
THINK School builds internal capacity — you or your team members learn the methodology, build playbooks, and eventually operate as THINK Strategists. A direct organizational engagement with Compound Leverage is architecture and deployment — Marvin runs the diagnostic, designs the system, and deploys Digital Employees. Many institutional clients do both: start with a Pro Diagnostic, deploy, and then enroll internal staff in THINK School to sustain and scale the system.
Primary focus is the DC-Baltimore federal ecosystem — government contractors, HBCUs, economic development organizations, and chambers operating in or adjacent to the federal capital market. Diagnostic to first deployed Digital Employee typically runs 30 days for organizations that are ready. The diagnostic itself is 2–4 weeks depending on scope. Playbook development and Digital Employee configuration follows. The full deployment architecture — multiple employees, trained internal strategist — is a 90-day engagement. Timeline accelerates when organizational leadership is engaged and a THINK Strategist candidate is identified internally.
